OVERVIEW
The parish of St. Ann is the largest of three (3) parishes within the North-East Regional Health Authority. The parish is divided into five Health Districts with health care being delivered through a network of twenty-nine (29) health facilities, consisting of Types 6-1 and satellites.
Services are delivered to a population of over 172,000 persons, by a staff compliment of approximately Three Hundred and Sixty-Six (366) employees, in the categories of Medical, Paramedics and Administrative and Support.

OVERVIEW:
The St. Mary Health Department comprises of Thirty (30) Health Centers along with the Port Maria Dental Clinic Facility. The parish is divided into four (4) Health Districts namely: Highgate, Gayle, Port Maria and Annotto Bay. There are eight (8) Health Centres each in the Highgate and Port Maria Health Districts and seven (7) each in the Annotto Bay and Gayle Health Districts.
Currently the Health Department offers Primary Health Care Services from Twenty Seven (27) of the Thirty (30) Health Centres. While Three (3) of the facilities are temporarily closed, the patients access services from the respective facilities:
(1) Albion Mountain Health Center - clients seen at the Port Maria Health Center
(2) Flint River Health Center - patients seen at the Highgate Health Center
(3) Labyrinth Health Center - patients seen at the Gayle Health Center

OVERVIEW:
The parish of Portland with its capital town Port Antonio is located on Jamaica's North East coast. Its neighboring parishes are St. Mary to the west and St. Thomas to the east.
Portland is a picturesque quiet parish with lush vegetation maintained by high rainfall pattern and seven rivers. Its highest peak is the blue mountain which is 7, 402ft above sea level. The parish boasts a low crime rate and has a population of approximately 85,000 persons.
Portland Health Services delivers efficient, effective and accessible health care to the residents of the parish. A large percentage of the residents from the neighboring parishes of St. Mary and St. Thomas are visitors as well. There services are provided through a network of health care facilities that are strategically located across the parish. Health Care facilities are comprised of one type C hospital health centers and four dental clinics. Services are made available through highly skilled and experienced staff of four hundred and fifty persons in an aesthetically pleasing customer centered environment.
